That really wraps it up in one sentence, doesn’t it, Tamara?
Whatever tactics Narcissists use, and regardless of what motivates them, they share one trait, namely, a striking lack of confidence. Thus, they’ve sure they’re so worthless, the only way they can survive is to make someone else feel even worse. Not much ground here, below the Below, but Narcissists manage to find it.
Fitting, then, the one thing that will allow Narcissists’ victims to free themselves also is confidence. Once they realize they have something to offer the world (and to collect from it in return) off the victims fly.
Of course, you know this already, Tamara. You’ve lived it.
