Repentance, Our Choice –
True evil goes against The Natural Laws of Humanity which are an instinctive phenomenon that is born into almost every human being.
Furthermore, those blessed with having children are especially pained by the truth of such evil (the atrocities of darkness running rampant in our world, cunningly hidden beneath well-placed masks and disguises) because it is our “do or die” plight, in life, to protect our children, though we cannot always do so.
It is difficult to allow the reality of purposeful harm to penetrate our understanding, deeply enough, to sustain it as natural acceptance, without developing some sort of Cognitive Dissonance.
We might read about such hideous, malignant behavior, or hear about it on news channels, but when personally faced with such stark darkness, it does not settle with us; such determined evil is incomprehensible.
Repentance, Our Choice
The whole concept of Narcissism and Sociopathic behavior is entirely alien and paradoxical to that which we know as life-sustaining.
Facing uninhibited evil disrupts the natural alignment which exists, instinctively, as a fundamental basis in which the natural conscience takes to heart as its moral guide in setting certain boundaries, and limitations, so as not to cross the rights of our fellow human beings.
Repentance, Our Choice
However, Narcissists and Sociopathic Personalities, and other truly malicious entities who bear no conscience, empathy, or compassion, whatsoever, do disrupt, alter, and distort this invisible agreement existing in humanity (that is sacredly etched into our souls). It is a bitter reality.
With repentance, our hardships caused by our own conscience choices, as well as the sufferings upon our loved ones will surely come to pass, and be forgotten, when we enter into the Gates of Heaven; but not so for the evil ones, who never fathom self-reflection, guilt, or remorse which are the needed ingredients to bring about full repentance, and the changing of one’s purposeful, dark intentions.
Choosing repentance (if possible for these kind) would close the bottomless chasm below them; the abyss that awaits those who thrive on unrepentant, purposeful cruelty towards others.
9 I took you from the ends of the earth,
from its farthest corners I called you.
I said, ‘You are my servant’;
I have chosen you and have not rejected you.
10 So do not fear, for I am with you;
do not be dismayed, for I am your God.
I will strengthen you and help you;
I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.
