We shall glide,

wings intertwined,

with Jesus,

and our loved ones,

upon the paved grounds of Heaven

made up of crystal jewels

from our precious tears

of long forgotten,

earthly persecution.

    The jewels will delight and fascinate. We may have a vague sense we once had something to do with them, but…”Oh, who cares? I’m so frickin’ happy right now!”

    Why’d I just imagine someone from Brooklyn saying this? No idea. Odd bird, that one.
