Sweet Potato Frosting, Baby!

I made an easy recipe that I got off of my Pinterest board! It’s Chocolate Sweet Potato Frosting! Can you believe it??? I can.

The marvelous thing about it is that it’s easy to make for sophisticated people, such as myself.

Here are my two must requirements (in order) for making a recipe:

1). EASY

2). Tastes Good

I don’t think that’s too much to ask.

Anyway, blend sweet potatoes (cold), cocoa powder, honey, vanilla, and Stevia; now, refrigerate.

I have a picture to show you, dear WordPress friends. I am reluctant to post the photo because I am sure my Narcissistic frenemies out there will suggest that I eat that which looks like something else, other than chocolate frosting.

In all situations, I never care what my Narcissistic frenemies think of me; but here’s the thing… this time they’d be right(for once).

Okay, you pulled my leg; I will post the picture! It is below the recipe…

Directions

2 Cups cooked Sweet Potatoes; I boiled mine and skinned them (I know this sounds barbaric, but its just sweet potatoes);

1 Cup Cocoa Powder (sounds like a lot, but no, it’s not);

1/4-1/3 Cup Honey (depending on your sweetness preference… yum!);

Vanilla (we need not measure it unless we want another thingy to wash);

Stevia; optional for extra sweetness (one can never have too much of that, right?)

It surprised me; it tastes like frosting! Here’s the picture; but remember, I warned you of what it looks like... (c’mon, it’s just Sweet Potato Frosting, baby)!!!

P.S. I don’t have any cake to put the frosting on, but I never do, anyway.
