Crocodile Tears –
Hide your every fear;
look past the greenish face;
though wart-like skin is scary,
leave anxiety in another
place.
.
Sensing terror makes him drool
causing his heart to race;
so, quit trippin’ on your dark
thoughts,
lest you be defaced.
.
His lilac tongue is petrifying,
with sharp, razor molars;
his heaving tail makes its
rounds;
gigantic, murderous rollers.
.
Come forward slowly,
and swallow down your bile;
I want you to meet, Stanley,
my adorable pet crocodile!
.
However, if by chance,
you should see him cry,
do step back
because crocodile tears always lie.
