Narcissistic Prince

Narcissistic Prince –

She thought

she had found

her Prince,

but he turned out

to be a dreadful

frog;

.

He told her

she was his

“sweet princess”,

but he treated

her worse

than a rabid dog.

.

When she told him

the relationship

was over,

he became vicious

and smeared

her name;

.

This further

validated her reasons

for leaving him,

since now,

she could finally see

all of his toxic shame.

.

The Red Flags

had been shown

to her early on,

and viewed by her

very clearly

in this dance;

.

Yet, she chose

to hide from

every one of them,

because being in-love

put her in such

a gratifying trance.

.

But now

she is so

much stronger;

cloaked with the armor

of self-love

and self-respect;

.

And, she figuratively

boils each new frog

she meets,

and makes sure

the past ones do not

come back to reinfect!

Red Flags

Narcissistic Prince

It is important to learn the Red Flags of Narcissism and Sociopathy! These Kind leave us with long-lasting, if not permanent, scars. My Prince did not always appear to be so dangerously unstable until he knew that he had me, his princess, ensnared within his dangerously tight grasp.

By the way, men are at risk, too, of being ensnared by female frogs! Have you ever kissed a Prince or Princess, just to have him/her turn into a frog? Yuck! It is possible to avoid these predators by becoming educated on the warning signs, and listening to our intuition. When we see our Princes or Princesses whipping their tongues out of their mouths, to catch flies, we ought to take our leave, and not second-guess ourselves.

Totally gross!

.

Casting all your care upon him; for he careth for you.

– 1 Peter 5:7
